Solution of the Project

We developed a web portal as to centralize all operational after-sales. Integrated with the internal systems of Okoa, allows you to synchronize data from customers, technicians, and equipment in real time. The platform allows you to record and track tickets, access documentation, scheduling maintenance and to request assistance from one place. Implemented alerts smart, logic of automatic assignment of incidents and an administrative panel complete. The design was intended to be functional both for customers and the in-house technical team.
