Solution of the Project
We developed a wizard with phone artificial intelligence and human voice cloned, able to cater for outgoing calls, chat with leads and close visits automatically, sincronizándolas in real-time with the availability of the technicians. The entire system is orchestrated through a web application control, where administrators can configure and monitor the behavior of the bot, review metrics and adjust rules of operation. The solution allowed to climb the commercial management without increasing human resources, while maintaining a natural experience and efficient for users.
